<aside> 🏆 Thanks to my annual goal-setting template, my YouTube channel experienced its best year yet — reaching over 500k subscribers.
The template is divided into two sections: the first, is filled out at the year's start to define your goals. Throughout the year, I like to check my goals quarterly to ensure that I’m heading in the right direction. And the second section is completed at year-end for reflection and evaluation.

<aside> 🎯 I used to make New Year’s resolutions and write them on a Post-it note, but I often fell short in just the first month.
But once I built a goal-setting tracker I had a simple, organized format that I consistently checked throughout the year.
It was super easy to clearly define my goals and this template kept me accountable, guiding me along the way. As it’s helped me, I thought I’d share my goal-setting template with you — no Post-it notes required.
With everything in one place, it's a powerful tool for achieving goals in both personal and professional lives. Cheers to everyone who supported us along the way and have an awesome year!
